DR. BILL BENNETT is one of America's most influential voices on cultural, political, and education issues. During the 1980s, he served under President Ronald Reagan as the U.S. Secretary of Education and as chairman of the National Endowment for the Humanities. He also served under President George Bush as the nation's drug czar. The author of nearly 20 books, including "The Book of Virtues" and "America: The Last Best Hope," Bill holds a B.A from Williams College, a J.D. from Harvard Law School, and a Ph.D. in philosophy from the University of Texas.
